Pre Pay Activity Costs

If you’d like to pre‑pay for the term to reduce fees for you and the group, read on for how it works:

Pre‑Pay Amounts by section as follows:

Joeys: $100 per year

Cubs: $100 per term

Scouts & Venturers: $200 per term

After you pay your pre-pay invoice, you’ll receive a discount code to use each time you register for a paid activity. This will go against your prepaid balance. You must enter the code at registration for each event.

Important Notes

If your child attends more than the prepaid amount covers, the balance will be invoiced next term.

If you overpay across the year, we’ll refund you once at year‑end.

You must register each child for each event so leaders have accurate permissions and attendance.

You must use the code each time - if this may be hard to remember, please stick with pay‑as‑you‑go.

This option may change if required by system updates outside our control. We'll keep this page updated if things change.

If you’d like to opt in, please send an email to GT.2ndAbbotsford@nsw.scouts.com.au with your child's name andconfirm you’ve read and understood these terms. I’ll then issue your invoice and discount code.

If you want to opt out for next term, please email before the term ends.
